Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We so appreciate your support of our small business and so ask that when shopping with us, you carefully consider your purchase. Our hope is that you are taking home these new pieces because you truly love them. Spend the time in-store to decide if this is going to be the newest addition to your wardrobe, rather than making that choice after taking the piece home with you. We only offer store credit or exchanges if you change your mind after purchasing.

Returns: You have 14 days to complete your return for store credit in the form of either a physical or a digital gift card. This never expires so you are able to use the refunded amount anytime in our store or online! Your return must meet the below Return Rules to qualify for a return.

Exchanges: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make your exchange. The exchange must be of equal or greater value than the item(s) you are returning and must follow our Return Rules.

Return Rules: All returns and exchanges must be brought in within 14 days to qualify for a return or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags on. Undergarments, body products, food items, discounted & sale items are all FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.

ONLINE RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to return an item. We only offer store credit returns for the time being.

To be eligible for an online return, you must have ordered your item(s) through our website and had the item(s) shipped to your home. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
