SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship to addresses in the United States via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and the service you select. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to the following countries via DHL Express and UPS: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available at our Fort Collins store: StyleCurated LLC, 1 Old Town Sq, Suite 104, Fort Collins CO 80524. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours; we will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available for eligible addresses near our Fort Collins store. If your address qualifies, local delivery will appear as an option at checkout, along with any delivery fee. Local deliveries are made by our team in the evening, after store hours. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are the carrier's responsibility. If your tracking has not updated in several days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at jenna@style-curated.com or (970) 286-0997 and we will help.
